Alexander Lashkari
Biography
Alex Lashkari works with engineers, executives, founders, and technical leaders whose wealth is often created inside complex, innovation-driven companies.
Alex’s practice is devoted to those creating the future, across aerospace, defense, artificial intelligence, the space economy, semiconductors, autonomy, defense manufacturing, software, data infrastructure, and other emerging technologies—technical fields where compensation, concentration, taxation, liquidity, and long-term planning decisions converge.
Many of Alex’s clients are in the most important financial years of their lives. They may be managing meaningful exposure to employer stock, RSUs, stock options, ESPP, pre-IPO equity, concentrated investment positions, or future liquidity events. These decisions are rarely isolated. They affect taxes, risk, cash flow, family planning, career flexibility, estate considerations, charitable intent, and long-term financial independence.
Alex’s work is built around helping clients bring structure to those decisions. His approach integrates investment management, equity compensation strategy, tax-aware portfolio design, liquidity planning, insurance, estate coordination, and risk management into a single planning framework.
His clients are often working through questions such as:
“A large part of my net worth is tied to my company stock. I want to diversify, but how do I do it without creating an unnecessary tax bill?”
“I want the option to stop working, take time off, start something new, or retire early, but most of my wealth is still tied to one company. How do I turn that concentration into real financial independence?”
“How do I turn concentrated wealth and pre-IPO positions into a more durable plan for my family, taxes, portfolio, estate, and long-term independence?”
“I have RSUs vesting, options to exercise, ESPP shares, and a growing tax liabilities. How do I make sense of all of this before I make the wrong move?”
“I know I should diversify, but how do I do that without giving up too much upside?”
“How much cash should I keep, how much should I invest, and how do I create flexibility if I want to buy a home, support my family, or make a career change?”
Alex partners with clients to develop disciplined, personalized strategies for managing concentrated wealth, implementing tax-aware diversification, optimizing equity compensation, addressing cash-flow needs, and building long-term financial independence.
Alex’s objective is not simply to manage assets. It is to help clients make better financial decisions at the moments when those decisions matter most.
